Terms of Service

MacroMeal is a tool to help you plan high-protein meal prep, generate shopping lists, and track your nutrition and progress. It is currently offered as a private beta.

• –You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• –You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning.
• –You must be old enough to use the app (see our Privacy Policy for the age requirement).

Don't use MacroMeal to:

• –Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
• –Attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or probe its security.
• –Upload content you don't have the right to upload (for example, a profile photo that isn't yours to use).

We may suspend or remove access for misuse.

• –MacroMeal provides general meal-planning and nutrition-tracking tools. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional.
• –Nutrition values (protein, fat, carbs, calories) are estimates and may not be exact. Don't rely on them for medical or clinical purposes.
• –Recipes and cooking instructions are provided as-is. You are responsible for safe food handling, safe cooking temperatures, checking for allergies, and confirming any ingredient or recipe is appropriate for you. Cooking — including handling raw meat and organ meats — carries inherent risks; follow safe food-safety practices.
• –Any dietary approach (including high-protein or carnivore-style eating) may not be right for everyone. Consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
• –You use MacroMeal, its recipes, and its tracking at your own risk.

• –You keep ownership of the information and any photos you add. By adding them, you give us permission to store and display them back to you as part of running the app.
• –You're responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it.

This is a beta. The app may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may be added, changed, or removed.

To the extent allowed by law, MacroMeal and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on its nutrition estimates or recipes. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
